NLSIU runs NLSAT once a year, and the paper has landed in April in every cycle so far, so NLSAT 2027 is expected around late April 2027 and NLSAT 2028 around April 2028. Registration usually opens several months earlier, and the notification month has moved between November and February, so waiting for it before you start studying costs you the quietest part of the preparation year.
Which cycle should you target? If you graduate in 2027, NLSAT 2027 is your first shot and you should join now. If you are still in your second year of graduation, aim at NLSAT 2028 and spend the extra runway on Part B, which is the slowest skill to build.
